We operate out of Phase II in the GIDC industrial area in Vatva. Our address is 393, and it's right in the middle of all the other factories and units. Being in an industrial zone like this means there's always trucks moving and a lot of noise. Photo Chem Loboratories has been here for years. It’s a private limited company, but it doesn't feel like a big office. It’s mostly just a place where we handle the chemicals and laboratory work. The floors are concrete and there are always drums or crates sitting by the entrance. We don't have a reception desk or a lobby. If you come by, you’ll probably find one of us in the back or checking the inventory. We spend most of our time dealing with the practical side of things. The heat in Vatva can be pretty bad in the summer, but we keep the fans going and get through the day. We don't do any big advertising. Most people who know us are other businesses in the same field. We just keep our heads down and do the work. The paperwork gets piled up on the desks sometimes, and we have to spend a Saturday catching up. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we do. We’ve been at this location because the infrastructure here fits what we need for the lab work. It’s simple and it works for what we need. It's just a lab doing its job.
