Our office for Phenoweld Polymers Pvt. Ltd. is located at Plot No.45, specifically in unit 703 of the Casablanca building in C.B.D Belapur. It’s a standard office space in a busy part of the city. We spend most of our time dealing with polymers and all the technical details that come with them. It’s not the kind of work that everyone understands, but we've been doing it for a long time. Casablanca is a big building and there are always people coming and going from all sorts of businesses. We are just one small part of that. Our office at Plot No.45 is pretty basic. We have our desks, our computers, and a lot of files. We don't have any fancy artwork on the walls or a lounge for taking naps. We are here to work. Belapur is a busy area and the noise from the street can reach us even up on the seventh floor. We don't mind it much. We don't have any big corporate goals or mission statements. We just try to handle each day as it comes and make sure our clients get what they need. Sometimes things go wrong, and we just deal with it. We talk to each other like normal people, not like we are in a board meeting. It’s a practical way to run a business and it works for us.
