Phenix Construction Technologies

Phenix Construction Technologies is based in MB House on Stadium Road in Naranpura. It’s a busy area of Ahmedabad, and there’s always a lot of traffic passing by the building. We’re usually here pretty early to beat the morning rush. The office at MB House is where all the planning for our construction tech happens. It’s not a very fancy place, just a regular office with desks and plenty of coffee to keep us going. We spend a lot of time looking at designs and talking about steel and structures. Naranpura is a good place to be because it’s central, though parking can be a bit of a nightmare sometimes if you arrive late. We’ve been in this building for a while now, and we know all the other people working on the different floors. It feels like a small community in a way. At Phenix Construction Technologies, we aren't big on meetings that last forever. We prefer to just get the work done. The noise from Stadium Road is just background noise to us now. We don't have any shiny brochures or a big marketing team. It’s just us and the work we do. If you walk into MB House, you’ll find us just doing our normal routine. Sometimes the elevators are slow, so we take the stairs instead. It keeps us moving. It's a simple operation, really.
