Thermotech Systems Ltd. (1)

Thermotech Systems Ltd. (1) occupies Plot No. 2607 and 2608 in Phase-4 of GIDC, Vatva. Having two plots gives us a bit of extra room for the big heaters and thermal equipment we build. It is an industrial environment, so there is plenty of welding and heavy lifting going on every day. The air is often thick with the smell of hot metal and paint. We are not a corporate office type of business. Most of us are out in the yard or on the factory floor in our work clothes. We have been in this spot for a long time and have seen the GIDC area grow around us. Our team is a mix of older experienced guys and some younger ones learning the trade. We do not spend time on mission statements or fancy branding. We just focus on the fabrication work and making sure the units are built to the right size. Sometimes the logistics of moving these big systems out of the gate is a real challenge, but we have figured out the tricks over the years. The tea break is the time when we all sit down and relax for a bit before getting back to the noise. It is just a regular factory life for us, doing the work as best as we can.
