Premium Vijimech Pvt. Ltd. operates out of Plot No. 3815 in Vatva. This is the Phase-4 section of the GIDC, so it's a lot of industrial activity all around us. We do mechanical work mostly. Our workshop isn't a showroom. It’s a place where things get built and tested. We have benches covered in tools and parts waiting to be put together. The staff here aren't dressed in suits; they’re in work clothes because the job gets dusty. We take on various mechanical projects and try to keep our heads down and finish the work. Sometimes the parts are heavy and we have to use the overhead crane, which makes a lot of noise. It’s just part of the daily routine. We’ve been at this location for a while now. Most of our neighbors are doing similar industrial stuff. We help each other out if someone needs a tool or a bit of advice. It’s a good community here in Vatva. We don't have a big front office with a receptionist. Usually, if the bell rings, one of the guys wipes their hands and goes to see who it is. We prefer it that way. No corporate layers, just direct talk about what needs to be made. We look at the drawings, we figure out the best way to do it, and then we get started. That's our day at Plot 3815.
