Parag Industries

We are located at Plot No. 4703 in Phase-4 of the Vatva GIDC. Parag Industries is the name on the board outside, though the paint is peeling a bit from the sun. We’ve been working out of this space for quite some time. It’s a straightforward operation. We don’t have a lot of bells and whistles. Our day starts early, usually around eight, and we keep the machines running as much as we can. The noise is something you just get used to after a week of working here. Most of our workers have been here since the start, so we’re more like a small family than a big company. We don’t have a HR department or anything like that. If there’s a problem, we just talk it out over lunch. The location at 4703 is good for us because the trucks can get in and out relatively easily, even when the street is crowded. We mostly deal with other businesses in the industrial estate. It’s a lot of back and forth, moving materials and checking specs. We try to keep our head down and just do the work that comes our way. Sometimes things go wrong, a tool breaks or a delivery is late, but we just figure it out. It’s not always easy, but it’s what we know how to do. The floor is usually covered in scrap metal, but we clear it out every Saturday before we head home for the weekend.
