Marudhar Industries Ltd. (Unit-Ii)

Our Unit-Ii is over at Plot No. 711 in Phase-4 of GIDC, Vatva. It’s a bit of a trek from the main entrance, but it’s a quieter corner of the industrial estate compared to some of the other phases. Marudhar Industries Ltd. (Unit-Ii) has been operating this specific unit for a while now. The space inside Plot 711 is packed with everything we need, and it can feel a bit crowded when the raw materials arrive on Monday mornings. We have a small crew working here, and most of us live nearby or commute from the city side. The walls are lined with old shelves and the floor has those marks that only years of heavy work can leave. We don't have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy letters. If you come by, you’ll likely find us in our work clothes, probably holding a clipboard or a wrench. The tea break around four is usually the highlight of the day when everyone gathers near the front gate for a few minutes to talk about the weather or local news. We deal with the typical Vatva heat and the occasional monsoon leaks like every other shed in Phase-4. It is not a place for people who like air-conditioned offices and silent rooms. It’s a working unit, plain and simple, and we try to keep things organized as best as we can given the limited space. We hope the electricity holds up during the busy season because the generators are quite loud.
