At Kundan Pestichem Pvt. Ltd., we occupy Plot No. 3730, 3731, and 3732 in Phase 4 of GIDC, Vatva. Having three plots in a row makes the place look bigger than it feels when you are inside. There is a lot of movement every day with chemicals and containers being shifted around. We have to be quite careful with how we stack things because space disappears quickly. The floor is usually marked up from the forklifts moving back and forth all day. It’s not the quietest place to work but you get used to the humming of the fans and the sound of the gates opening. We keep our paperwork in a small cabin that’s usually a bit dusty despite our best efforts. Vatva is full of businesses like ours so there is a constant flow of people and vehicles on the road outside. We try to keep things organized but sometimes when a big shipment comes in everything gets a bit chaotic for a few hours. The staff knows the routine well so we don’t have to talk much to get things done. We take turns going for tea at the corner shop when we get a chance. It’s just a regular industrial job where we focus on getting the mixtures right and the bottles filled. We don't have any fancy signs or slogans. We just stay at our address and do the work that needs doing.
