Anti Corro-Fab Industries

Our workshop, Anti Corro-Fab Industries, is at Plot No. 3318 in Phase-4 of the GIDC area in Vatva. We spend our days working on fabrication and various coatings to stop things from rusting. It’s a messy job sometimes with the paint and the chemical smells hanging in the air. We have a few large tanks and a lot of welding equipment scattered around the floor. It’s not a place where you’d want to wear your best clothes. The guys here are usually covered in some kind of smudge by lunchtime. We don't have a big corporate structure. If something needs doing, the person closest to it just picks up the tool and starts. We’ve been at this plot for a while, and the walls show the age of the business. We focus on the practical side of things, making sure the welds are strong and the coatings are thick enough. The traffic in Phase-4 can be a headache during shift changes, so we try to get our deliveries out early in the morning. We don’t talk about missions or visions; we just talk about what needs to be finished before the weekend. It’s a busy, loud, and honest way to make a living. Most of us have been working together for years, so we don't need to say much to get the job done. It’s just us doing our work in Vatva.
