Reetal Utsav Majmudar

Working out of Plot No. 1409 in Phase-3, our setup under the name Reetal Utsav Majmudar is fairly straightforward. It’s a personal kind of place. When you walk into the plot, you aren't met with a receptionist. There are no glass walls. It’s usually just us and the work at hand. Being in GIDC Vatva, especially in Phase-3, means you get used to the sounds of the industrial estate. You learn to ignore it quickly. There is a constant background noise that you stop noticing after the first hour. We’ve made this space our own over the years. There are stacks of files in one corner. Some equipment sits in the other. It’s not the most organized place in the world. However, we know exactly where everything is located. The days can be long. This is especially true when we have a lot of orders to get through or when the weather is particularly humid. We usually keep the main door open to let some air circulate through the building. Most of our neighbors are doing the same thing. They are just trying to get their work done and head home at a decent hour. We don’t spend much time thinking about being a big company. We just think about what needs to happen by five o'clock. It’s a practical way to live. It works for us here at 1409. We like the independence of it. We just keep our heads down and get it done.
