Jayshree Switchgears Pvt. Ltd.

Jayshree Switchgears Pvt. Ltd. is based at Plot No. 1606. We are in Phase-3 of the GIDC in Vatva. We spend our days working on different types of switchgears. It is what the sign says and it is exactly what we do. The building is a standard size for this part of the industrial estate. We have a small crew working here. Most of us have been with the company for years. We know the machines and we know how things are supposed to work. Vatva is a massive place, but Plot 1606 is our own little corner of it. We do not have any polished brochures or fancy salespeople. If someone needs switchgears, they usually find their way to us through word of mouth from others. The shop floor is often busy with parts and tools scattered all over. We try to keep it clean, but real work is often messy. Phase-3 gets a lot of heavy truck traffic in the mornings. We usually start our shift before the sun gets too high in the sky. It is just a normal private limited company, nothing fancy about it. We do not talk about missions or big visions for the future. We just focus on the gear that is right in front of us. If you pass by Plot 1606, you will see us. It is just a plain brick building. We have put a lot of time and effort into this place over the years. It is where we make our living.
