Our place is over at Plot No. 1420 in Phase-3. It’s one of those spots in GIDC where there is always something moving, whether it’s a delivery truck or just someone moving crates around. We’ve got a small crew, mostly local folks who know their way around the machinery. The morning starts with opening the heavy shutters and checking what came in the day before. It can get pretty messy on the floor with all the scraps and oil, but we try to keep it organized enough so nobody trips. We don't spend much time on the computer unless we really have to. Most of the real work happens with our hands. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit and we all just sit outside and talk until it comes back on. It’s not a corporate setup at all. There’s a calendar on the wall from three years ago that nobody ever took down, and the chairs in the cabin are a bit worn out. People stop by Plot 1420 when they need things handled without any fuss. We just focus on what’s right in front of us. Some days are longer than others, especially when a big order needs to go out by Friday. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything, just us working here in Vatva.
