We operate Vitrag Industries out of Plot No. 179 in Phase-2 of the GIDC in Vatva. It’s a straightforward setup. We have the workshop area and a small corner for the paperwork. Most of the time, we are out on the floor. Vatva is a crowded place, and our street is always full of activity. You hear the sounds of other workshops all day long, which is just part of being here. We don’t go in for big corporate talk. We just tell it like it is. If a job is going to take three days, we say three days. We don’t like to overcomplicate things. The building itself is older, but it’s sturdy and holds everything we need. We’ve got some good neighbors around Plot 179, and we all kind of look out for each other. Sometimes we share tools or help out if a truck gets stuck in the narrow lane. It’s that kind of atmosphere. We keep our heads down and focus on what’s on the workbench. At the end of the day, we lock up the shutters and head home, ready to do the same thing tomorrow. It’s a steady life. Vitrag Industries isn't about being famous or huge; it’s about doing the work correctly and keeping the shop running. We've been here long enough that the walls feel familiar, and we know exactly where every wrench is kept. It’s not always easy, but we make it work with what we have. We prefer the grit of the workshop to any office.
