We've been here at Plot No. D2/111 in Phase-2 for quite a while now. Vatva is a busy place, always something moving around with trucks and people coming and going through the gates all day. Salasar Organics isn't a fancy office with big glass windows or expensive art. It’s mostly about getting the actual work done every morning when the gates open. My desk is usually covered in papers and we have a small tea stall nearby where everyone gathers around ten for a quick break. The GIDC area has its own rhythm that you get used to after a few years. Some days the power cuts are a bit annoying, but we just manage with what we have and keep going. We handle organic materials here and it keeps the whole team busy from Monday to Saturday. Sometimes even Sundays if there's a big load to sort out before the next week starts. It’s mostly about the day-to-day work and making sure the containers are ready for the trucks. Most of the guys here live in the nearby colonies, so they walk or bike in every morning. It’s a bit of a tight space inside, but it works fine for what we do. We don't spend much money on decor or anything like that. Just the machines, the storage drums, and the people who know how to run them properly. The heat in the summer gets pretty bad inside the shed, so we drink a lot of water and keep the fans going.
