Nine International

Nine International is situated at Plot No. 117 in Phase-2 of the GIDC in Vatva. If you know the Vatva area, you know it’s a huge industrial zone with businesses of all sizes. We’ve been operating from this plot for a long while, and it’s served us well. Our business is focused on the international side of things, which means we deal with a lot of shipping and logistics. It sounds more exciting than it actually is, as most of our day is spent looking at shipping manifests and checking boxes. Our office is pretty simple, with a few desks and a lot of filing cabinets. It’s not a polished corporate environment by any means. There’s usually a lot of tea being drunk and people talking about the latest shipment delays. We are a small team, and we all pitch in with whatever needs doing, whether that’s answering the door or helping load a truck. The GIDC is a busy place to be, and there’s always something going on right outside our gate. We don't really do much in the way of advertising. Most of our business comes from long-standing contacts we’ve made over the years. We just try to keep things moving and make sure our clients are getting what they need without any fuss. It’s just us, working away at Plot 117, trying to stay ahead of the paperwork and the daily grind of the industrial park.
