At Jyoti Processors Pvt. Ltd., our daily life happens right here at Plot No. 302 in Phase-2 of the Vatva GIDC. If you know the area, you know it is always humming with activity. We have been in this spot for a long time, dealing with the heat and the constant movement of trucks. Our work is mostly about the processing side of things, so there is always a lot of water and steam involved. The walls have seen better days, and the floor is stained from years of work, but that is part of a real factory. We do not have a big front office with air conditioning; instead, we spend most of our time out where the actual work happens. The staff knows exactly how the machines sound when they are running right. Sometimes we have to stay late when a big batch is mid-way through. We eat our lunch together in the small room near the gate, talking about the local news or the traffic on the Vatva roads. It is honest work. We do not try to act like we are some huge corporation with fancy rules. We just follow the schedule and make sure the chemicals and materials are handled correctly. Every day is different, but the goal is always the same: get the processing finished and loaded onto the tempos waiting outside. It is a bit messy and loud, but it is our livelihood and we keep at it.
