We are based at Plot No. 524, Phase-2, GIDC, Vatva. This is where Gujarat Machinery Pvt. Ltd. has been for quite a few years now. The workshop is big and it stays pretty greasy because we are always working on heavy equipment. There is a lot of iron and steel lying around. It is the kind of place where you need heavy boots and you have to watch where you are walking. We repair and build different kinds of industrial machines. It is loud and dirty work, but it is what we know how to do. The guys on the shop floor are good at fixing things that look like they are beyond repair. We don't have a corporate handbook or a bunch of rules about how to talk to people. We just speak plainly about what needs to be fixed and how much it will cost. Vatva Phase-2 is a tough industrial zone, and we have fit in here since we started. Sometimes we are waiting on a specific part to arrive and the whole place feels a bit stuck, but usually, there is plenty to do. We don't have a marketing department. We just have our tools and our experience. If a machine leaves Plot No. 524, we want it to stay working. That is the main goal. It is a basic, hard-working setup and we don't try to hide that fact.
