Aditayam Industries

Aditayam Industries is located over at Plot No. C-1/126 in Phase-2 of the Vatva GIDC. If you ever come by, you’ll see we have a fairly standard setup for this area. It’s mostly just us and the crew working through the daily orders. We don't have a big corporate lobby or anything like that, just a regular workspace where we get things done. The traffic around Phase-2 can be a real headache in the mornings, but we usually get here early enough to beat the worst of it. We’ve been at this address for a while and have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit as more shops opened up. Our focus is really just on the day-to-day operations. Most days involve a lot of checking on inventory and making sure the loaders are doing their jobs right. It gets dusty, and the noise from the nearby units is constant, but you get used to it after a week or two. We handle a lot of different tasks depending on what is needed that week. Sometimes it’s quiet and we can catch up on cleaning the tools, and other times it is completely hectic from morning until night. We don't spend much time on the computer unless we have to. Most of our life is spent on the shop floor or talking to the suppliers who stop by. It’s a plain, honest way to make a living and we are fine with that. It is just home for us.
