Rajhans Plastic Machinery Pvt. Ltd. operates out of Plot No. 57/7 and 57/8 in GIDC Vatva. Having two plots gives us enough room to handle the larger assembly of plastic processing machines. We’ve been in Phase-1 for quite some time now. It’s a lot of mechanical assembly and electrical wiring. We build the machines that other people use to make plastic products. It’s not the kind of work you can do quickly; it takes a lot of fitting and testing. The shop floor is usually a bit of a mess with parts and tools, but we have our own system for getting things done. We aren't a big, polished company with a PR department. We are just a group of mechanics and technicians. Most of us live nearby and have been working in Vatva for years. We don't use fancy jargon or try to sound like a multinational. We just put the machines together and make sure they run. If you come by the plots, you’ll see us busy with wrenches or looking over diagrams. It’s a decent living, and we take some pride in just being a solid local business. We keep things simple and focus on the day-to-day tasks without overcomplicating things. There is always a lot to do, and the clock seems to move fast once we start working on a new machine. It’s a lot of trial and error until everything clicks perfectly.
