You can find Navil Laboratories at Plot No. 10/12 in Phase-1 of the GIDC in Vatva. While the name says "Laboratories," don't expect a place that looks like a cleanroom in a movie. It is an industrial lab, so there is plenty of equipment, bottles, and paperwork everywhere. We are right in the middle of Phase-1, so there is always a lot of movement outside our gates. The building itself has seen better days, but it is solid and does the job. We spend a lot of our time testing things and making sure the batches are okay. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but it’s important to us to get it right. Our staff is mostly local, and we have a pretty relaxed atmosphere when we aren't buried in work. We don't have a fancy lobby or anyone to greet you at the door with a smile. Usually, you just walk in and find someone in a lab coat who can help you. The air in Vatva can be a bit heavy sometimes, but we are used to it by now. We focus on the practical side of things and don't worry much about the rest. It is just about getting the results and keeping the operations moving forward day by day. We are just a small part of the big industrial machine here in Vatva.
