Mangal Textiles Mills (India) Pvt. Ltd. operates out of Plot No. 104/2 and 123 in the Phase-1 area of GIDC, Vatva. Having two plots keeps us quite busy, as there is always something moving back and forth between the spaces. It’s a textile mill, so you can imagine it’s not the quietest place to spend your day. There is a constant hum and a lot of movement from the staff. We aren't some big corporate entity with a lot of layers. If you walk into our office, you’re likely to see the owners sitting right there with everyone else. We prefer the direct way of doing things. No fluff, no complicated jargon, just talk about the production and the orders. The heat in the mill can be intense during the summer months, but everyone just gets on with it. We drink a lot of water and keep the machines running. We’ve seen a lot of changes in Vatva over the years, but our way of working has stayed pretty much the same. We focus on the cloth and making sure the quality is what it should be. It’s a basic philosophy but it works. We don't spend time on social media or trying to look fancy. We just put in the hours and make sure the mill stays productive. It’s a life built around hard work and being part of the local industrial community here in Phase-1.
