Kalida Industries

Kalida Industries is based out of Vatva, specifically at Plot No. 89/14 in Phase-1. If you know the GIDC area here, you know it’s a busy place with a lot of movement. We’ve got a small crew that works the shifts. It can get pretty cramped inside the workshop when we have a lot of materials stacked up, but we’ve learned how to move around each other. The walls have some stains and the paint is peeling in a few spots, but that doesn’t bother us much. We’re more worried about the machines running smooth. We usually have the radio playing in the background to keep things lively. Lunch breaks are usually spent sitting on the front steps or in the small break area we carved out in the back. Vatva can be a tough place to work when the monsoon rains hit and the roads get muddy, but we manage. We don’t have a corporate office in some fancy city. Everything happens right here at Plot 89/14. We do our own paperwork and handle the loading ourselves most of the time. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. We’ve been part of this industrial community for quite some time now, and we’re used to the rhythm of the place. We just take it one day at a time and try to stay productive until the evening.
