Vijay Industry

Vijay Industry is over at Plot No. 4403 in Phase-4 of GIDC, Vatva. We’ve been operating from this same spot for quite a long time. It’s a basic manufacturing unit, nothing too complicated. We mostly focus on our daily production schedule and making sure the machines are running like they should. In a place like Vatva, you have to be ready for anything, whether it’s power cuts or traffic jams near the gate. We don’t spend money on fancy signs or decor. The workshop is where all the action happens. We have a small group of workers who have been with us for years. They know the routine and we don't have to say much. It’s a lot of manual labor and keeping an eye on the output. Every morning we open up the shutters and get started early. There is always a lot of noise from the neighboring plots, but that is just the sound of the GIDC. We try to keep our area organized, but when we are busy, things can get a bit cluttered. That’s just life in a small factory. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to do a good job on the parts we make. People know where to find us if they need anything. We just keep doing our thing at 4403. It's a living and it keeps us out of trouble while we stay productive.
