Sarvottam Udyog

If you head over to Vatva, you’ll find Sarvottam Udyog at Plot No. 626 in Phase-4 of the GIDC. It’s a pretty standard industrial plot. We’ve been here for a while, and the place has its own character. There are scratches on the walls and the floors have seen a lot of boots over the years. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a lobby or a receptionist. Usually, if someone comes by, they just walk up to whoever is closest to the door. We handle our daily udyog business without much drama. The Vatva area is famous for being packed with companies, so the traffic can be a nightmare in the evenings. We try to get our loading done early to avoid the worst of it. The guys here are hard workers. We share a lot of stories during the lunch break while sitting on the benches outside. It’s a dusty place, especially when the wind picks up, but it feels like home to us. We know which local shops have the best snacks and where to get a quick repair done if something breaks. We don’t have a mission statement on the wall. We just know what we have to do when we clock in. It’s just a group of people working together in a small corner of Vatva. We’ve had the same machines for a long time and we know how to fix them when they act up. It’s a place where you learn by doing, and that’s just how we like it.
