Ratnadeep Industries

Ratnadeep Industries is located at Plot No. 715, Phase-4, GIDC, Vatva. If you've ever been to Vatva, you know how easy it is to get lost in all the phases and plots. We have been in this building for several years. It's a solid concrete structure that’s seen better days, but it holds our machinery just fine. We do manufacturing work, so there is usually a lot of metal clanging and the sound of motors running. It’s a bit loud, but we’re used to it. Our crew is small, just about ten of us in total. We don’t have any fancy titles or a big board of directors. Mostly, we just work on the orders that come in and try to stay on schedule. The office part is just a small corner with a couple of old desks and a filing cabinet that’s overflowing with papers. We probably should organize it better, but we’re usually too busy out on the floor. Lunch is a quick break where we sit and talk about local news. The tea guy comes by twice a day, and that’s usually the highlight of our afternoon. We don’t do any fancy advertising. People know where we are and what we do. It’s just honest work in a busy industrial area, and we’re fine with that. We focus on getting the items out the door and keeping our machines running properly.
