We spend most of our time here at Plot No. 2012 in the Phase-4 part of GIDC, Vatva. It’s a busy area and the noise of the machines is something you just get used to after a while. Most mornings start early, usually before the sun gets too high, because the workshop gets pretty warm by noon. We’ve been at this spot for quite some time now. People around here know us as the place where things get made and repaired without a lot of fuss. It isn't a fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. It is just a floor with workbenches, some heavy tools, and a group of guys who have been working together for years. Sometimes the power goes out or a delivery gets delayed because of the traffic on the main road, but we just deal with it as it comes. We handle the paperwork in a small corner desk that’s always covered in notebooks and tea cups. There are no big meetings or long speeches here. If something needs fixing, someone grabs a wrench and gets to it. We take our lunch breaks together when we can, sitting on whatever stools are free. The work is mostly routine but every day has its own little problems to solve. That is just how life is at Maxwell Automatic. We just keep our heads down and do what needs doing until the shift ends.
