Jindal Texofab Ltd. (Unit-Ii) operates from Plot No. 723 in Phase-4 of GIDC, Vatva. It’s a familiar spot for many of us who have spent our careers in this industrial belt. The building at Plot 723 is sturdy and holds a lot of history for the company. Inside, the floors are usually covered with the materials we are working on, and there’s a constant hum of activity from morning until the late evening shift ends. We aren't the type of business that holds long meetings in glass rooms. Instead, we stand around the machines or the packing tables to figure things out together. The air is often thick with the smell of the production process, but nobody here seems to mind it much. We have a small area near the back where we keep the records and the computer, but most of the real action happens out on the floor. Vatva can be a tough place to work during the rains when the roads get muddy, but we manage to keep things moving regardless of the weather outside. We know the other business owners on this street, and we often help each other out if a forklift breaks down or if someone needs extra hands for a heavy load. It’s a community of workers more than anything else. We don't try to sound like a big corporation because we are just people doing our jobs at 723. We’ve been here long enough that the place feels like a second home.
