Heena Gears Mfg. Co.

We have been here at Plot No. 3426 in Phase-4 of GIDC, Vatva for quite some time now. Heena Gears Mfg. Co. isn't a big fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. It's mostly just a workshop where we get things done every day. If you walk by, you’ll probably hear the machines running and see some of us with grease on our hands. That’s just how it is here. We make gears. Different kinds for different machines. It’s loud sometimes, but we’re used to it. The GIDC area stays busy, and there’s always trucks moving around outside. Inside, we just focus on the drawings and the metal we have to cut that day. It isn't always perfect, and some days are longer than others when a machine acts up or we're waiting on material to arrive. We don’t spend much time on the computer unless we have to. Most of the work happens right there on the floor. People know where to find us because we’ve been at this same spot in Vatva for a long stretch. It's a practical setup. We have the lathes and the milling tools all lined up. It gets hot in the summer, but we keep the fans going and just keep moving. There isn't much to say other than we show up, do the work, and go home. That's how Heena Gears Mfg. Co. runs. We just take it one job at a time and try to get the measurements right.
