At Harsiddh Electro Mech Pvt. Ltd., our daily life happens right at Plot No. 1907/A in the Phase-4 section of GIDC Vatva. The building is a standard industrial setup with plenty of heavy metal and electrical components scattered around the workshop floor. We deal with a lot of mechanical stuff, so there is always a layer of grease or dust on everything, no matter how much we try to sweep up. It’s a practical environment where the workers are usually wearing blue overalls and carrying around wrenches or testing equipment. We aren't a massive corporation with a lobby and a receptionist. When you come here, you’ll probably find the owner right there on the floor helping out with a project or looking over some technical drawings. We’ve had this place for quite a while, and we’ve seen the neighborhood change as more factories moved in. The noise of the machinery is constant, and it can get pretty humid inside during the rainy season. We just keep our heads down and get through the tasks we have for the day. Sometimes things don’t go perfectly, and we have to stay late to fix a motor or rewire a panel, but that is part of the job. It is honest work and we are glad to be part of the community here in Vatva. We don't make big promises, we just show up and do the work. The plot is where we spend most of our lives, and we try to do right by everyone who walks through the gate.
