Gujarat Otofilt

We've been at Plot No. 3712 in Phase-4 of GIDC Vatva for a good while now. It's a busy part of the industrial estate, and most days you can hear the machines running from early morning until the sun goes down. Gujarat Otofilt isn't a fancy place with a glass lobby or anything like that. It’s mostly just us working on filters and industrial equipment in the shed. Sometimes the dust from the road gets in, but that’s just how it is here. A few of the guys have been with us since the beginning, and we’ve seen the neighbors change over the years. We mostly just focus on getting the orders out on time. There's always some maintenance to do or a machine that needs fixing, so it keeps us on our toes. The traffic in Vatva can be a bit of a nightmare during shift changes, but we’re used to it. We don't spend much time on the computer or writing brochures. Usually, if someone needs something, they just drop by the gate or give us a call on the landline. It’s a lot of physical work, lifting parts and checking measurements. The tea stall around the corner is where we usually end up talking shop during breaks. We just try to do the work right so we don't have to do it twice. It’s not a complicated setup, just a practical one that works for what we do every day.
