Our place, Fluidtech Boilers Pvt. Ltd., takes up a good amount of space over at Plot No. 2609 - 2702 in Phase-4. Being in the GIDC part of Vatva means we are surrounded by other industries, so there is always a lot of activity nearby. We deal with boilers, which are heavy and take up a lot of room, so having those combined plots helps us move things around without bumping into each other too much. We aren't much for fancy words or big speeches about what we do. We just come in, check the schedules, and start working on the builds. Some of the guys have been here since the beginning and they know the equipment better than anyone. It’s a lot of welding, cutting, and making sure everything fits together like it should. We get a lot of trucks coming in and out, which keeps the yard busy. Sometimes things don't go perfectly, maybe a machine breaks down or a delivery is late, but we just fix it and keep moving. We aren't some polished multinational; we are just a bunch of people in Vatva making boilers. The office is small and usually filled with blueprints and tea cups. We like it that way because it feels like a real place where work actually gets done. It’s a bit noisy and the floors aren't always spotless, but that’s just how a factory is.
