If you head over to Plot No. 1421 in Phase-3, that’s where you’ll find our machinery unit. The place is usually full of steel beams and heavy parts scattered around. We do a lot of heavy lifting here, so everyone stays pretty active. The smell of cutting oil and metal shavings is everywhere. We don’t have a fancy showroom. If you want to see what we’re doing, you just walk onto the floor where the sparks are flying. The guys work hard, and we try to keep a good rhythm going so we don’t fall behind on what people are expecting. GIDC Vatva is a tough place to work sometimes because of the heat and the noise, but we’ve made a home out of Plot 1421. We have our tea breaks together under the shade of the small tree near the entrance. It’s not a corporate environment with a bunch of rules about how to talk. We just speak plainly and get the machines ready. Sometimes things break down or a delivery is late, and we just deal with it as it comes. We aren’t trying to be the biggest company out there, just a shop where the work actually gets finished.
