Being at Plot No. 1817 in Phase-3 means we are right in the thick of GIDC Vatva. We go by Orley Laboratories Pvt. Ltd. The name sounds a bit formal, but we are pretty down-to-earth inside these walls. The lab work keeps us focused. There is a lot of measuring and checking that happens throughout the day. It’s a different kind of busy than the heavy manufacturing shops nearby. We have to keep things a bit more orderly here at 1817. Still, it’s an industrial setting at the end of the day. You can still hear the trucks and the distant humming of the other plots while we work. The staff here has a routine. It doesn't change much from Monday to Saturday. We arrive, put on our gear, and start the day's tests or the stuff we need to finish. Sometimes the paperwork piles up on the desk in the small office area. Then we have to spend a whole afternoon just catching up. It’s not always exciting. However, it’s important to us that we do it right. We’ve seen the area around Phase-3 change quite a bit over the years. New buildings go up and old ones get repainted. We just keep doing our thing. It’s a steady pace. We like the community of workers we have here in this part of Vatva. It feels like we belong here. We just keep working away until the day is done and the sun goes down.
