Over at 1205 and 1208 in the Gidc Estate, things stay pretty loud. It is busy most of the time. We are Mahavir Castings Ltd. If you’ve ever walked past our section of the estate, you’ve probably heard the sounds of work coming from inside. It’s not a quiet place by any means. There is always something being moved or shifted between those two spots. The floors get dirty. The air is heavy. That’s the nature of what happens here. We’ve got a crew that’s been around for a bit. We all know the rhythm of the day. The morning starts with checking the equipment. We see what came in overnight. It’s a lot of physical stuff, honestly. 1205 is where a lot of the main action happens. We use 1208 to keep things moving along. Sometimes getting around the Gidc Estate gets a bit frustrating. The traffic and the narrow lanes are a headache, but we manage. We aren't trying to be the biggest or the flashiest. We just want to get through the day's tasks without too many hitches. Coffee breaks are short. We usually take them standing up near the doorway where there is a bit of a breeze. It’s honest work. We’ve been at it long enough that the smell of the metal and the oil feels like home now. We just keep going. It is what it is. That is just how it goes for us.
