Harihar Pattern Industry

If you walk down the road in Phase-3 of GIDC Vatva, you’ll find us at Plot No. 1321. Harihar Pattern Industry is what we call it. It's mostly just a workshop where we make patterns. It can get quite dusty because of the materials we use. We have a few machines and some hand tools. My father started this, and we’ve just kept it going. It’s not a huge place, but it works for what we do. We mostly deal with local clients who need specific shapes or designs for their projects. Every day is a bit different. One day we might be working on something small, and the next it's a big piece that takes up half the floor. We don't have a big fancy sign outside. Just the name painted near the door. The traffic on this road can be a headache during the morning rush. Most of the guys here live nearby and walk or bike to work. We take a lunch break together around one. It’s a simple life. We aren't trying to be the biggest shop in Vatva. We just want to make patterns that fit the specs we’re given. It’s honest work and it keeps the lights on. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish a job, but that’s the way it goes here. We enjoy the work and the people we deal with daily. It's just a local shop doing its thing.
