Shree Patel Ceramic Print

Our workshop is located right opposite Encore in Naroda, at Plot No. C1/200+201/5. It’s a busy part of the neighborhood. Shree Patel Ceramic Print is basically where we spend all our daylight hours. Dealing with ceramic printing means there’s always a bit of dust and the smell of ink in the air. We’ve got the kilns and the printing tables set up across the floor. It’s not a quiet place, that’s for sure. Usually, someone is shouting over a machine or moving crates of tiles and plates. We started this because we knew the trade, and we’ve just stuck with it. The floors are rarely clean for more than five minutes because that’s just the nature of the work. Sometimes a batch doesn't come out quite right and we have to figure out why, which can be frustrating. We don't have a big marketing team or anything fancy. It is just a group of us who know how to handle the screens and the heat. Naroda has changed a lot over the years, more traffic and more noise, but we’re still here doing the same thing. People stop by to ask about prices or to see if their order is done. We try to be honest about how long things take. It’s a lot of manual labor and standing on your feet, but it’s what we know. We just keep the machines going and try to stay on top of the pile of work.
