We have been here at Plot No. D2-66 in Phase-2 for a long time now. If you walk down this part of GIDC in Vatva, you’ll see our gates open early every single morning. It’s usually pretty loud with the machines running, and the air always has that heavy, industrial smell that you get used to after a week. Our office isn’t anything fancy, just a couple of desks and a lot of files stacked up in the corner. Most of the guys here have been with us for years. We spend our days making sure the production stays on track and the trucks get loaded without too much trouble. Sometimes the heat in the afternoon gets really bad, so we take a quick break for tea near the main road. Dealing with the dust and the noise is just part of the job. We don’t really do much advertising or anything like that. People mostly just know where to find us. If the gate is open, we are working. Usually, someone is around to answer the phone, but if we’re out on the floor, you might have to wait a bit. It’s a busy life here in Phase-2, and we just try to get through the daily list of things that need fixing or finishing. Nothing is ever perfectly quiet, but that is how a workshop should be.
