Our office is located at Plot No. A1-105, 106 & 107 in Vatva. This is Phase-2 of the GIDC industrial estate. Being Saptak Buildcon Pvt. Ltd., we deal with a lot of construction-related stuff. Most of our day is spent looking at drawings or talking to site supervisors. The plots here are quite big, so we have space for some of our supplies and a small office area. It’s not very quiet because of the traffic on the main GIDC roads. We’ve got a lot of files piled up on the desks. It’s a bit disorganized at times, but we know where everything is. We don't have a receptionist in a suit; usually, you just walk in and find one of us at a desk. We spend a lot of time on the phone, coordinating with people at different sites. It’s a lot of logistical headaches, but that’s the building business for you. We’ve been in this spot for a good while. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but we’re too busy for that right now. We prefer to just get on with the projects. Everyone here knows their job. We aren't a big multi-national company. We are just a local firm trying to make sure the buildings we are involved with actually get finished. It’s a lot of grit and dust, but we like it that way. It's just how we operate.
