Pranav Dyes & Intermediates

Pranav Dyes & Intermediates is based out of Plot No. 43-44 in Phase-2 of GIDC, Vatva. We have a couple of plots here because we needed the extra room for all the chemicals and stuff we handle. Working with dyes means things can get a bit messy, and you’ll often see different colors on the floor or on our clothes by the end of the shift. It’s just part of the job here. We don’t wear suits or have big boardrooms. Usually, we are just out there checking the tanks or moving heavy crates around. The air in Vatva can be a bit heavy sometimes, but we are used to the industrial environment. We’ve had some of the same people working here for years, so we know how each other works. We don't really have a hierarchy; everyone just pitches in where they are needed most. Sometimes a pump might act up, or we run low on a specific material, and we have to scramble to get it fixed or ordered. It keeps things interesting throughout the day. We don't do much in the way of sales pitches or marketing. Most of the people we deal with have been coming to us for a long time. We stay focused on the work at hand and don't worry about being the most modern shop on the block. As long as the batches are right and the orders go out on time, we are happy enough. It’s a decent living at 43-44.
