Nichem Industrie (Unit-3)

We’ve been based at Plot No. 266/1, C1-266/2, Phase-2, GIDC, Vatva for a good while now. This part of the industrial estate is always noisy and crowded, but that is just how things go around here. Nichem Industrie (Unit-3) isn't anything special to look at from the outside, just a regular building where we get our hands dirty every day. The gate sticks a bit in the rainy season, and we’ve been meaning to fix the light over the side door for months. Most of us live nearby or take the bus into Vatva. We start early, usually before the sun gets too high, because the heat in this part of Gujarat can be a real problem by noon. Inside the unit, it’s mostly just the sound of the equipment and people talking over the hum. We don’t have fancy marketing people or a big front desk with a receptionist. If you come by, you’ll probably just find one of us in a pair of overalls. We deal with the usual stuff like late deliveries or machinery that needs a bit of a kick to start. It’s a practical life. We drink tea from the stall down the road and try to keep things organized on the floor. Sometimes it’s messy, and the paperwork piles up on the small desk in the corner. We just try to finish what’s in front of us. It’s just us doing what we know how to do.
