Kaveri Industries

Our workshop, Kaveri Industries, sits at Plot No. I/5636 in Phase-2 of the GIDC at Vatva. We are just a few doors down from some other shops that do similar work. The area is quite packed with small and medium factories, all doing their own thing. Our space isn't huge, but we’ve organized the machines so we can get around easily. There is a lot of dust in Vatva, and the roads can get pretty messy when it rains, but the location is good for business. We don’t really do any big advertising. Most people hear about us from word of mouth or because they saw our sign while driving through the estate. The guys working here have been with us for years, so we’re like a small family. We drink our tea together twice a day and talk about what needs to be fixed. It's a simple life. We don't use any corporate talk or have big meetings. We just look at the orders, set up the equipment, and get to it. Sometimes the machines break down and we have to spend the whole night fixing them, but that's just business. The plot in Phase-2 serves us well enough. We keep the doors open for ventilation because it gets quite hot inside during the summer. It’s a basic industrial setup, and we don't try to make it seem like anything else.
