Cooline Mfrs. Pvt. Ltd. is out at Plot No. 31 in Phase-2 of GIDC, Vatva. Being in Phase-2 is a little different from Phase-1, but the vibe is still very much about getting things made. Our factory is where we handle all the manufacturing steps, from raw parts to the finished items. It’s a big space with high ceilings, which helps a bit with the heat, though not much when it’s peak summer. We have a production line that stays pretty active most of the week. There is always the sound of metal clicking or air compressors firing off in the background. The staff here consists of some long-timers and a few newer faces, all trying to keep the output steady. We have a small office area for the paperwork and some chairs for visitors, but most of the action is on the floor where the machines are. Sometimes the supply of materials gets delayed because of the trucks being stuck in Vatva traffic, which can be a real pain. We just take it as it comes and try to keep the workflow as smooth as possible. It is a practical environment where the focus is on the day-to-day tasks rather than looking polished. We just make what we make and try to keep the place running efficiently.
