Care Well Packaging Industries

We are located over at Plot No. 414/2 in Phase-2 of the GIDC in Vatva. Care Well Packaging Industries is the name on the front, and we mostly deal with boxes and various packing materials. Unlike the heavy metal shops, our place is filled with stacks of cardboard and paper. The machines here are for cutting, folding, and gluing. They make a rhythmic clicking sound that you get used to after a few hours. It is important to keep the place dry because humidity ruins the stock. Our team spends the day loading paper into the feeders and making sure the finished boxes are stacked neatly. It is a lot of repetitive movement, but it keeps the business running. We do not have any fancy mission statements or corporate goals posted on the walls. We just focus on making sure the orders are ready on time so the trucks can take them away. Sometimes the machines jam and we have to spend an hour pulling out crumpled paper, which is a bit of a mess. The office is just a simple space with a couple of chairs and a computer for keeping track of what goes in and out. We have been in Phase-2 for a while and have seen many businesses come and go. We just stay focused on our work and try to keep things organized despite all the paper scraps that tend to pile up by the evening.
