Ashirvad Industries

Ashirvad Industries is located over at Plot No. 556 in the second phase of GIDC, Vatva. It’s not the easiest place to find if you aren't familiar with the layout of these streets, but we’ve been here long enough that most of the local drivers know us. We are a small-scale setup. We don't have a lot of fancy equipment, just the stuff that works and keeps the jobs moving. Usually, it's just a few of us on the floor making sure everything stays on track. We don’t do much in terms of advertising or trying to look bigger than we are. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we’d rather spend that time getting the work done. Our days are pretty repetitive, but that's okay. We start early, have our tea, and then get to the tasks at hand. There’s always something that needs fixing or a customer who needs something a bit quicker than usual. We try to help out where we can. The industrial estate is a tough environment, especially when it rains and the roads get muddy, but we've seen it all before. We just keep our heads down and do our jobs. It’s just how things are at Plot 556. We’ve built some good relationships over the years just by being consistent and showing up every day. We don't have many meetings; we just talk while we work. It’s a very practical way to run things, and it has worked for us so far.
