Shreeji Moulding

Out here in Phase-1 of the GIDC in Vatva, things move pretty fast. Our place, Shreeji Moulding, sits right on Plot No. 5/16, 17-18. It’s a big enough space because moulding takes up a lot of room. We have the machines running most of the day, and the sound becomes like background music after a while. The floor is usually covered in bits of material, and there’s always a faint smell of production in the air. We don't spend a lot of time in an office; most of the guys are out on the floor making sure the moulds are coming out right. Vatva is a heavy industrial area, so it’s dusty and loud, but that’s just how it is. We’ve been at this for years, and we’ve learned that the most important thing is just showing up and doing the job. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy brochures. If someone wants to know what we do, they usually just come to the gate and ask. We take our lunches together under the shade when it’s too hot inside. It’s a hard-working atmosphere where nobody is afraid to get their hands oily. Plot No. 5/16 might not look like much to a stranger, but it’s where we put in our hours. We keep it practical and don't make promises we can't keep. It's just us, the machines, and the daily grind in Vatva, nothing more and nothing less.
