Parle Agro Pvt. Ltd.

Over at Plot No. 101 in GIDC Vatva, we’ve got the Parle Agro setup going. Most people know the name, but for those of us working here in Phase-1, it’s just our daily workplace. It’s a big site compared to some of the others nearby. We have lines running to package drinks and snacks that you see in shops everywhere. It’s a lot of logistics and making sure the machines are sanitized and running smooth. The heat in Vatva can be tough, especially in the middle of summer, but the production floor stays busy regardless. We have trucks coming in and out at all hours. It’s not a quiet or slow-paced job. We don’t really do the whole corporate polish thing here on the ground. We’re more concerned with the actual output and making sure the bottles are filled right. People come from all over the local area to work shifts here. We’ve got a routine that works, and we stick to it. The smell of the production process is something you get used to pretty quick. We just show up, do the shifts, and keep the supply moving. It’s a lot of hard work and making sure the inventory matches the numbers. Nothing more, nothing less. It's basically a massive kitchen that never really stops. We try to keep things organized despite the constant movement of pallets and crates every single hour.
