Kumar Industries. We have been here at Plot No. A-2/2 in Vatva Phase-1 for a good amount of time now. The morning usually starts with the sound of the gates opening around 9 am. It gets pretty loud once the machines start running, but you get used to it after a week or two. Most of the guys here have worked together for years. We aren't a giant operation, just a handful of people trying to keep things moving. The weather in Vatva can be quite harsh in the summer, especially inside the shed, so we keep the industrial fans going all day. There is a small tea stall just outside the main GIDC gate where we usually go for a break in the afternoon. Sometimes the deliveries get delayed because the roads get crowded with heavy trucks, but that’s just how it is around here. We spend most of our time dealing with parts and making sure the orders are packed correctly. It’s not fancy work. Our office is just a small room partitioned off from the main floor with a desk that’s seen better days. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s mostly just us answering the phone and writing down what people need. Usually, someone is always around if you drop by, except maybe during the lunch hour when everyone sits together outside to eat. It’s a simple way to work, but it suits us well enough.
