Kambert Machinery Co. Pvt. Ltd.

Our place is Kambert Machinery Co. Pvt. Ltd., and we are situated at Plot No. 79/4 in Phase-1 of the GIDC area in Vatva. Vatva is a pretty busy place to be. There’s always smoke or noise or something going on nearby. We’ve been in this building for a long time. It’s a solid place. We make machinery for different industries. It’s heavy work and it takes a lot of patience to get things right. We have a lot of parts lying around the shop floor. Sometimes it looks like chaos to an outsider, but we know exactly where every bolt and wrench is. Our team is a mix of older guys who know the old ways and some younger kids learning the ropes. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that. You just walk in through the big gate. Sometimes the gate squeaks, we should probably oil it. We focus on getting the machines built and sent out to the customers. We don't really do the whole corporate meeting thing. Usually, we just talk about what needs doing over a cup of tea. It's a practical way to run a business. The floor gets greasy, and the lights are a bit dim in the corners, but the machines we make are solid. We’ve sent them all over. It’s a good feeling seeing a finished machine loaded onto a truck. We have lunch at our desks mostly.
