Over at Plot No. 103/104 in Phase-1 of the GIDC in Vatva, we have Jindal Texofab Ltd. It’s a place where there is always the sound of fabric and machinery. Textiles is a tough business and it requires a lot of attention to detail, but we’ve been at it long enough that it feels natural to us now. The air in Vatva can be a bit heavy with the smell of industry, but we are used to the rhythm of this place. We don't have any polished sales pitches or a fancy boardroom. Our meetings usually happen right on the shop floor where the work is actually being done. We have a group of workers who have been with us for a long time, and we treat each other with respect. It’s a practical environment. We focus on making sure the fabric is right and that it gets out the door on time. Sometimes the logistics of shipping from Phase-1 can be a bit of a headache with the traffic, but we manage. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the world. We just want to be a reliable source for the people who need our products. We keep things simple, work hard, and try to stay out of the way of any unnecessary drama. It’s just about being consistent and showing up every single morning to see what the day brings us.
