Dynamic Industries Ltd. is over at Plot No. 125 in Phase-1 of GIDC, Vatva. Being in Phase-1 means we are in one of the older parts of the estate. The roads are a bit narrower here and the buildings are packed in tight. We’ve got a solid spot though, and we’ve been here long enough that everyone knows the name. The building is made of grey concrete and has a heavy iron gate that we lock up every night. Inside, it’s mostly just the sound of the machines and the guys talking. We don't have a big fancy sign, just the number 125 painted on the pillar. The office is small and usually smells like coffee and old paper. We spend our days tracking shipments and making sure everything is running like it should. It’s not an easy job, and the hours can be long when we have a big project. We don't use any fancy corporate talk here. We just say what we mean and expect the same from others. Most of our workers live nearby, so we’re a bit like a neighborhood shop in some ways. We take our breaks together and talk about the cricket scores. It’s a decent place to work and we take pride in just staying steady. If you’re coming to Vatva, Phase-1 is easy to find, and we are right there on Plot 125.
